Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship from Lexington, Kentucky, to addresses across the US and internationally. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the studio.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

For lost, damaged, or delayed packages, contact support@cocoascup.com. Please double-check your address — we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
