Return & Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. All components of a set must be returned together.

To start a return: Email support@cocoascup.com with your order number. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and custom orders.
